Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days after dispatch for destinations we serve. Standard shipping is $9.99 USD for one pair; orders of two or more pairs qualify for free standard shipping to supported destinations. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & exchanges

Request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@torvelan.com with your order number. Items must be unused with tags and accessories, and packed in the original packaging or a sturdy outer box. Standard return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For an exchange, email us with your order number and the size or style you need before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
