Shipping
Standard shipping is $9.99 for one pair. Orders containing two or more pairs qualify for free standard shipping to supported destinations. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Email support@varello.com before sending anything back.
For an exchange, email us with your order number and the size or style you need before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Sizing
Use the size options shown on each product page because availability and fit can vary by style. The chart below applies to Air Max men’s styles offered in US sizes 5–15.

How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper placed on a hard, flat surface.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
- If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size.
